Hello everyone!
We understand that some customers may experience issues while trying to print coupons.
To ensure that all customers can use their coupons without any problems, we recommend either printing the coupon directly from your email domain(i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) and presenting that to the cashier at checkout, taking a screenshot of our email coupon prior to your shopping trip, or displaying the email coupon directly from your phone to the cashier at checkout.
Valid coupons will be accepted in either print or digital format.
In addition, you can use one of the following methods by clicking from your email for a scannable coupon:
If the “Show Online” or “Print Coupon” options do not allow your coupon barcodes to display online, you may be encountering this issue due to your personal setting for strict web browser privacy & security.
Our final suggestion is that you ask the cashier to type the barcode number and member number directly from the email so that your coupon can be used without any complications, avoiding the barcode scanning process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve the issue.
Web browser settings that may not allow coupon barcodes to display online:
Microsoft Edge – Strict Privacy Settings
DuckDuckGo
Firefox – Strict Privacy Settings
When your web browser's privacy and security settings are adjusted to standard/moderate, you should be able to refresh or open your coupons, and your coupon barcodes will load. After printing, you can easily change the privacy and security settings back to strict if desired.
