How to update your saved preferences on your desktop for your online account:
An online account is required to save and change your store preferences. Don’t have an online account? No problem.
You can easily create one by following these steps: Create a new account here:

Click “Create Login” on the left side of the page
Please enter your personal contact information in the spaces provided. If you have an Ollie’s Army card, please enter the number in the space provided to link your rewards and offers.
Click “Submit” and you’re all set!
To update your preferences step by step:
Log in to your online account here: https://www.ollies.com/pages/ollies-army-recruitment-office
In the “My Profile” section, navigate to “My Account” on the left-hand side of the page and click on “Edit My Profile”
Here you will see all of your saved preferences. To update your preferred store, scroll down to “Hometown Store:” and click on “Select my Hometown Ollie’s”
Enter your current or desired zip code or city/state and the distance you are looking to find stores. Click “Search”. This will bring up a map of the closest Ollie’s stores to you.
Navigate to your preferred store using the search results. Click “Set as my hometown Ollie’s.” This will take you back to your account preferences.
If you are finished, click “Save,” and you are all set!
To set your preferred store location in the app, ensure your Ollie's Army account is linked to your online profile. If you have an Ollie's Army card but no profile, create a profile to save your preferred store location. If you still see the wrong store, update your home store in the app under your profile.
